When I backup games from a disc to HDD in Multiman, a few games will split and abort the copying to harddrive? Is there a way to fix this? Thanks

So i had a split game and it installed on my internal and i went to delete from clear game cache and i did it however my ps is still low on gb like it is installed, i’ve looked everywhere else and i can’t find anything that would take up the space so i’m confused
after i formated my ex hdd to fat 32… my ps3 did not show my hard drive why is that?? i tried on ntfs too but ps3 doesnt show what might be the problem help here pls
